2. Data Collected and Purpose of Processing

We process personal data (name, email address, phone number, message text, IP address) that you provide to us via contact forms, email, or messenger services.

Purpose: Preparation of quotes for international transport, customs clearance, storage, and delivery services.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) (performance of a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR / UK GDPR.

3. Storage Period

  • Inquiries: 3 years after the last correspondence.

  • Contractual & Customs Documents: 10 years in accordance with Spanish statutory retention obligations.

  • Server Logs: Maximum 7 days (security backup by the hoster).

4. Recipients / Hosting

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM (Germany). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Data is only passed on to authorities (e.g., customs) or logistics partners if this is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

5. Cookies, Google Fonts & Emojis

  • Cookies: We only use technically necessary cookies (e.g., for language selection via Polylang). No tracking without consent.

  • Google Fonts: These are hosted locally on our server (no data transfer to Google USA).

  • WP Emojis: This function is deactivated to prevent external connections.

6. Meta Services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)

Our website contains static links (buttons) to WhatsApp and our social media profiles on Instagram and Facebook.

  • When visiting our website, no data is transferred to these providers.

  • Only when you actively click on a link do you leave our site. These services are operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin, Ireland). Their respective privacy policies apply.

7. Your Rights & Complaints

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Since we are a Spanish S.L., you may direct complaints to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
